Did you know that Life Choice provides a free community service to assist people to get access to the NDIS?
Working out how to get onto the NDIS for the first time can be a daunting task for anyone. Not only to understand the process, but also to try to ensure you have the right evidence behind you to use for your application.
Life Choice has a highly experienced representative who is available to meet you and help guide you through all the steps required to apply to get accepted onto the NDIS. We will also liaise directly with other specialists on your behalf to help ensure all the important and correct information relating to your disability and its impact on your daily life is clearly documented to help ensure that best chance of success of your NDIS application
