In-Home Support

We encourage and support Participants to maintain and assist with independence within their own home.

In-Home Support provides Participants with assistance for day-to-day living within their own home. In-Home Support offers:

• • Personal Care – Assistance with dressing and undressing, oral hygiene, toileting, personal hygiene, showering/bathing, incontinence assistance.
  • Mealtime preparation and assistance
  • Light domestic duties – Washing dishes, washing clothes, sweeping/mopping
  • Administering medications
  • Assistance to establish a routine
  • Support to remain independently living in your home
  • And more!

Our Lifestyle Support Workers support and encourage Participants to have choice and control over their everyday lives. Participants self-select the days and times they would like to have assistance within their home and what type of personal care assistance they would like.

Who We Help

This service is open to Participants of all ages, up to 65 years of age, and those with a range of needs. In-Home Support can be purchased under the NDIS and on a Fee For Service basis.

Finding the Right Fit

Life Choice does its best to match Lifestyle Support Workers to Participants and their needs and requests. Our team will put you in contact with our NDIS Facilitators who conduct an intake meeting to discuss your Service planning needs. From there, Participants select the day(s) and time(s) they would like to receive support.
