This service is open to Participants of all ages, up to 65 years of age, and those with a range of needs with appropriate NDIS funding.
Finding the Right Fit
Life Choice does its best to match Lifestyle Support Workers to Participants and their needs and requests. Our team will put you in contact with one of our NDIS Coordinators who conduct an intake meeting to discuss your Service planning needs and support preferences. From there, we work collaboratively with participants to develop an appropriate support team and the days and times suited to participants.
