This is an overview of the services we can offer for adults  45+

Mature Living

Life Choice’s Mature programs are designed for people with a disability with greater life experience.

Experienced and caring Life Choice staff will work with you on a confidential and “one on one” basis to identify the types of services and supports that will best serve your needs and to support you to enjoy an active and fulfilling life.

It is also about giving you, and those close to you, confidence for the future.

Life Choice services can include home support, community access, allied health and Everyday Learning Opportunities (ELO), relevant to mature adults and to your personal plans and goals.

Our modern and well-resourced centres in Maryborough and Hervey Bay offer a safe environment to meet others, share and gain new experiences and to build a good network of support relationships.

Life Choice can also take the worry out of “navigating the system”, providing you with practical advice and assistance in relation to your options, NDIS funding eligibility and other physical and health care.
