Young Adults

This is an overview of the services we can offer for young adults from 18-25

Moving to Independence programs

Young adulthood is a time to celebrate your life choices, your way.  It is about creativity, self-expression and greater independence to turn your hopes and dreams for the future into reality.

For many, it may mean exploring further education and livelihood opportunities or preparing for leaving home, moving from schooling to employment, or forming new friendships and relationships.  An exciting journey towards greater independence and self-discovery.

Importantly, Life Choice understands that every young adult’s capabilities, aspirations and challenges will be very different, which is why our focus is to provide maximum flexibility in the support services we provide.  Each carefully tailored to your particular plans and choices.

We can also help with the everyday learning, communication, financial management and life skills to assist you to achieve greater independence and enjoy everything life has to offer.  At home, in the community, for work and for leisure.

While Life Choice can assist with in-home services, socialising and building new friendships, support networks and relationships are also an important part of expressing your independence.  The Hub, The Shed and The Hive offer fun and stimulating environments to meet with others.
