Lifestyle Support Worker
The purpose of our Lifestyle Support Workers is to assist and support participants in developing skills and abilities. Lifestyle Support Workers enable rather than do, to promote independence and development.
Allied Health Professionals work as part of a transdisciplinary team to deliver high quality, accountable, early childhood intervention services to families.
Life Choice operates under the direction of a Board of Directors, ensuring it operates within the guidelines of all relevant legislation and standards, including but not limited to Queensland Disability Services Act 2006 and the Human Service Quality Standards.
The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day running of the organisation. The Leadership Team in the office include Deputy CEO, Service Delivery Manager and Rosters and Finance Manager hold responsibilities within the organisation and oversee all areas of operation.
Participant Support Linkers, report to the Service Delivery Manager and provide the direct communication with the participants and plan their goals to ensure Life Choice are working towards the individual needs of the participants.
Lifestyle Support Workers directly support the participants who choose Life Choice as the organisation to provide them with support.
